Cancellation Policy
To best serve my clients, I require a minimum 24 hour notice to cancel or change any appointments. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from filling that appointment slot. If you cancel, miss or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, there will be a 50% NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee charged to the card on file. I understand that delays can happen, however, out of respect for all clientele, guests arriving 15 minutes past the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible, I will do my best to alter your service so that I can still offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
